DUPLITEC Limited Liability Company, (headquarters: 1141 Budapest, Öv utca 35-37, company registration number: 01-09-971563, hereinafter referred to as "Company") makes the following liability statement regarding the use and operation of drones:

The Company undertakes to fully comply with the Hungarian and European Union aviation regulations and the provisions of this liability statement when using and operating unmanned aerial vehicles. The Company undertakes not to endanger the safety of other persons and aircraft during the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and not to cause material damage. The Company undertakes to comply with the applicable aviation safety requirements. The Company undertakes to use and operate integrated technologies and systems in the European and Hungarian airspace regarding unmanned aerial vehicles. The Company respects the fundamental rights to privacy and data protection when using and operating unmanned aerial vehicles. The Company undertakes to comply with the regulations regarding the use of Hungarian airspace, and to designate a specific airspace for flights performed with unmanned aerial vehicles, and to comply with the regulations regarding the designated airspace. The Company undertakes to maintain liability insurance in accordance with the legal regulations regarding aviation liability insurance during the use and operation of unmanned aerial vehicles. The Company undertakes to report the activity performed with unmanned aerial vehicles to the aviation authority in cases other than sports and private use, as required by the law on aviation. The Company undertakes to fully comply with the applicable legal regulations regarding the use of unmanned aerial vehicles – including any amendments or new provisions –
