The Duplitec Kft. training center
To meet the needs of our state clients, we have created the training conditions required by law (38/2021. (II. 2.) Government Decree) for state organizations, we have the training permit issued by the HM KLH under the number 961-13\2022, which includes the authorization to conduct training courses for new types of devices.

Working with the manufacturer, the training centre continuously develops and expands its materials to keep courses up to date and ensure that the knowledge gained can be applied in practice.
The state authorities (according to the legislation, the Hungarian Defense Forces, National Tax and Customs Authority, civil national security services, Counter Terrorism Center, Parliamentary Guard, police forces, Military National Security Service, National Defense Service, disaster management authorities, penal institutions, and immigration authorities) are governed by Government Decree 307/2025 (X. 9.) regarding the operation of unmanned state aircraft. The training specified in its Annex 4 is the basis for the preparation of the drone personnel of these organizations.
Duplitec Kft. has created the opportunity not only for the training specified in Annex 4 but also for the training of the use of different devices (not only those distributed by Duplitec), their specific characteristics (type training), and operational applications for the drone pilots of the above-mentioned organizations. We adjust our curricula to the special needs of the operating organisation in terms of content, form, and time.

Following extensive legislative preparation, a complex regulatory framework was introduced at international and national levels. Applying it correctly requires appropriate knowledge. European and national authorities continuously oversee the implementation of these requirements. Industrial drone users and operators do not necessarily have a professional aviation background, so it is important that they understand and correctly apply the rules and requirements for specific-category operations.

With experienced external partners, we are expanding our training services for specific-category operations and the related authorisation processes.
Our courses cover the theoretical foundations of drone detection, countermeasure and autonomous security systems, together with the knowledge needed to operate and use them. We prepare our customers to operate these systems safely and as intended.
